Terms of Service

Prathm.AI reads the documents that make up an apparel manufacturing order — purchase orders, order confirmations, packing lists, invoices, inspection reports and the rest — and turns them into structured data you can search, reconcile and act on. You upload documents; we extract what is in them and show you what the set of them, taken together, says.

You keep all rights in the documents you upload and in the data extracted from them. We store them so the product can work, and we process them to provide the service to you. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with other customers.

Every account belongs to exactly one tenant, and the database enforces that separation at row level rather than relying on application code to remember it. One customer cannot read another’s documents.

Extraction uses OCR and a language model. It is accurate often enough to be useful and it is not accurate always. Numbers can be misread, fields can be mapped to the wrong place, and a document type can be detected wrongly.

Every extracted document keeps a link to the original file, and the arithmetic checks the product runs are shown with their workings so you can see what was compared. Check the original before making a payment, a shipment or a contractual decision on the basis of anything shown here.

Accounts are created by invitation or by approval of an access request. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Invitation links set a password on the account they name — treat one like a password and do not forward it.

We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service, to upload content that is not yours to upload, or in breach of these terms.

The service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless you have a separate written agreement with us that says otherwise.

You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time; see the privacy policy for what deletion covers and how long it takes.

If we change this wording we will give it a new version number and ask you to accept it again. Your existing acceptance keeps naming the version you actually agreed to — we do not retroactively apply new wording to an old acceptance.
